Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries, including order entry and processing electronic orders.
  • Expediting customer requests and managing account details.
  • Sourcing products and determining pricing for customer scheduled orders.
  • Offering insights to management and production teams regarding customer requirements and feedback.
  • Providing assistance to office staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's degree in a relevant business discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Care or Account Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong internet skills.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
