Job Title: Call Center Representative

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Driver Support Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to drivers and internal carriers, resolving disruptions and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handle high-volume phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Fill out work orders for mechanical issues, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of recent experience in a call center environment, preferably with a large enterprise company.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills, with the ability to type and talk simultaneously.
  • Strong typing and computer skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a heavy amount of overtime and throughout the holidays.

Compensation:

$18-$20 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
