Overview

KNM Resources seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the firm's financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the firm's long-term goals.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, implement accurate forecasting models, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Implement scalable financial systems and processes, driving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Manage and optimize the firm's capital structure, ensuring a balanced mix of debt and equity.
  • Assist with mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, financial integration, and post-acquisition management.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape the firm's strategic direction and ensure financial insights drive business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.
  • Proven expertise in financial services or a closely related industry, with deep understanding of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and financial instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Familiarity with fintech trends and digital tools that can enhance financial operations.
