Account Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell cutting-edge products and services to customers within assigned territories.
  • Use exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs, perform cost-saving analyses, troubleshoot issues, and qualify creditworthiness.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and generate new sales by promoting our product line.
  • Monitor the sales market in your region and prepare reports as required.
  • Participate in month-end inventory and manage accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications.
