Account Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell cutting-edge products and services to customers within assigned territories.
- Use exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs, perform cost-saving analyses, troubleshoot issues, and qualify creditworthiness.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and generate new sales by promoting our product line.
- Monitor the sales market in your region and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in month-end inventory and manage accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications.
