Supply Chain Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our hospital's supply chain activities.
Responsibilities- Organize and supervise supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure alignment with hospital goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Minimum of three years of experience in hospital supply chain or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
