Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Supervisor to join our team at Manatee Physician Alliance. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our surgical practices, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate clinical operations, including staff management, patient flow, and supply chain management.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or a related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient flow, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
