Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate clinic operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement effective cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee supply inventory, ordering, and maintenance to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Lead and manage staff to achieve optimal results, promoting a culture of service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Associate's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
- Or, 3-5 years of healthcare experience with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, EMR systems, medical and billing terminology, and revenue cycle operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
