Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Skills: Proven experience in scaling operations, managing budgets, and improving processes; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent organizational and project management skills; EOS level 10, preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities; strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams; passion for education and a commitment to the mission of empowering kids and families.
