Empowered Staffing is proud to partner with a leading organization operating skilled nursing facilities across Texas. As the company continues to grow, they seek a seasoned professional to fill the pivotal role of Regional Director of Operations and Clinical Excellence.

This leadership position will provide oversight and guidance to facility Administrators, ensuring efficient operational and clinical controls across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to Administrators, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and uphold high standards of care.
  • Partner with the COO and CEO to develop and monitor financial, clinical, and operational budgets and goals.
  • Drive the organization to achieve and exceed census and revenue goals, optimize labor and expense management, and meet overall business objectives.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports on the company's operational and clinical status to the COO.
  • Work with the Director of Business Development to build strong relationships with local referral sources and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure, including systems, processes, and personnel.
  • Motivate, mentor, and lead a high-performance management team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or previous experience as a Regional Director of Operations.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a background in overseeing operations, compliance, clinical departments, etc.
  • Strong skills in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while driving toward clarity and innovative solutions.
