Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume bid, job, and order databases with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to sales managers, including data entry and task organization
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and headquarters
- Maintain professional written and oral communication
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative or office environment, with sales support experience preferred
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (assessment required)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and task management skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly preferred
