Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
  • Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner.
  • Connect with customers, build relationships, and educate them on insurance products that best fit their needs.

Requirements:

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
