Job Title: Client Services Specialist

At Fairfax Cryobank, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through open and interactive communication.
  • Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Process semen, product, and internet orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise between patients and physician clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Schedule client depositor and designated donor appointments.
  • Triage calls to management and accounts receivable.
  • Perform multiple office responsibilities simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
  • Proven experience working in a call center or customer-support role is a huge plus.
  • Must have patience and compassion for clients trying to conceive.
  • Attendance and punctuality are extremely important for this job position.
  • Demonstrate strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail oriented.
  • Must possess a high level of independent judgment and accuracy.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.
