Job Summary:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with skilled nursing supervisory experience, you will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by providing quality, compassionate healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and direct the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders.
  • Ensure the highest quality services are delivered in a customer-service-friendly environment.
  • Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Evaluate staffing pattern needs to meet the needs of residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, identify/secures equipment supplies, and oversee/monitor function and activities of subordinate staff.
  • Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action, discipline, or training.
  • Monitor infection control compliance and investigate/documents accidents/incidents.
