Job Title: LPN Full-Time Nursing Professional

Job Summary:
Carillon Senior Living is seeking a skilled LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents in a geriatric setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs
Supervise and assist Certified Nurse Aides and other nursing staff
Perform walking rounds and visual assessments to ensure residents' safety and well-being

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
Current license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners for Vocational Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR - Healthcare Provider) certification
At least one year of experience as a charge nurse in a geriatric setting
