Job Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager position at Northland offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing strategies across a designated portfolio of multifamily properties.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with leasing teams, conduct market research, and analyze competitor landscapes to create tailored marketing initiatives that attract prospects and drive qualified leads.
  • Manage Digital Campaigns: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing across properties, including SEO, PPC, ILS, and other channels, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
  • Promote Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, digital content, and customer touchpoints, preserving brand integrity and delivering a cohesive experience throughout the resident journey.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Multifamily Marketing
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels, including SEO, PPC, and ILS platforms
  • Proficiency in CRM Platforms and Google Analytics
