Social Media Strategy
  • We're looking for someone to develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community advocacy.
  • The ideal candidate will identify emerging trends and opportunities in social media to keep Spindrift relevant and innovative.
  • This role requires managing the creation and delivery of monthly reports that include community insights, social listening, and influencer engagement efforts.
Community Management
  • Create and execute community programming that strengthens Spindrift's social media presence and fosters deeper connections with our audience.
  • Lead real-time social media interactions, including engagement and moderation on Instagram Stories, X (formerly Twitter), Threads, and our Drifter VIP Facebook group.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to identify cultural and channel trends that inform content opportunities and community programming.
Earned Influencer Marketing
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify Spindrift's reach.
  • Coordinate influencer and affiliate campaigns that align with Spindrift's values and community goals.
Requirements
  • A digital native with a deep understanding of social media dynamics, you are passionate about community engagement and thrive on connecting with audiences in meaningful ways.
  • You have a strong command of social media data, are adept at extracting insights, and know how to translate them into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in community engagement and growth.
  • Strong experience analyzing social media and community data, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Benefits
  • The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000, dependent upon the candidate's experience prior to joining Spindrift.
  • In addition, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, with a current employer contribution rate of 80% towards monthly premiums.
  • We also provide company-paid life insurance, a 401k retirement savings plan, and a monthly cell phone allowance.
