Compliance Officer

The Compliance Coordinator will provide critical support to the Compliance department on various projects, audits, and reports. This role will also assist with HR compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain I9s by assisting store managers with questions and problem-solving.
- Support associates with relocation requests.
- Answer calls, emails, and questions from associates.
- Coordinate state, federal, and local labor law posters.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the Associate Handbook.
- Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.
- Retain and enter THQ monthly incentives.
- Work to coordinate required government contractor reports, such as AAP, EEO-1, and Vets-4212.
This role is based in a busy office area with constant interruptions. The incumbent will be required to sit frequently, use hands, talk, and listen. Periodically, this role will involve walking, standing, and reaching.
Requirements- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
The preferred requirements for this position are a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.
