Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Officer to join our team at Penn Community Bank. This role will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the bank's asset and liability positions, as well as managing our investment portfolio and liquidity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare quarterly asset liability models to measure interest rate risk and market value sensitivity
  • Assist in developing balance sheet projections and quarterly reports for ALCO and board committees
  • Manage the bank's customer interest rate swap program and review cash flow hedging strategies
  • Recommend investment strategies and conduct pre-purchase analysis and post-purchase performance reports on investments
  • Coordinate and prepare analyses for securities ACL and required disclosure information on investments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial services industry, preferably in a bank environment
  • Thorough knowledge of investment and funding types, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg software
  • Strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures, working knowledge of regulatory compliance rules
