About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at SIXT. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales and service opportunities for every customer
  • Act as an expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet, promoting and selling additional vehicles and optional extras that align with each customer's preferences
  • Manage our premium vehicle fleet while selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental
Requirements
  • Sales talent: motivated and enjoy direct customer contact, and you are a natural sales talent
  • Practical experience: bring valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism and have a service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned
  • Communication: possess excellent communication skills, embodying our commitment to friendly and helpful service
  • Flexibility: willing to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with an open flexibility approach to working hours
  • Driver License: hold a valid US Driver's license with a clean driving record
