Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute supplier due diligence utilizing our risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct thorough research and collaborate with internal experts to comprehend and document risks identified during evaluations and due diligence processes.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of third-party risk reporting and key risk metrics, facilitating communication of results to stakeholders to guide business decisions.
  • Identify and relay third-party risks to business leaders and relevant stakeholders, escalating issues or risks internally as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to enhance our third-party risk assessment processes continuously.
  • Aid in the formulation and revision of pertinent policies, standards, and procedures, effectively communicating updates to the broader stakeholder community.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic project management and documentation skills to handle multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate strong, trusted relationships through collaboration.
  • Possess robust decision-making capabilities and demonstrate high self-discipline.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in independent work, enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives, and works efficiently within a team.
  • Capable of succeeding in a dynamic, results-oriented, and rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS and NIST CSF frameworks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience is valued more than a 4-year degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Third-Party Risk/Vendor Risk or a comparable role.
  • Foundational knowledge of Cybersecurity equivalent to the content covered in SANS SEC275 or CompTIA Security+ certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CTPRP certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management tools, such as LogicGate, is advantageous.
