Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of five years of professional experience. This role is integral to our Test Equipment Engineering Team, where collaboration within multidisciplinary teams is key.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test solutions for various Raytheon products within a collaborative engineering framework.
  • Create engineering and production test systems, including test interface adapters and technical schematics.
  • Oversee all phases of test product development, ensuring adherence to technical, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to the development and execution of test products.
  • Eligibility for a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is mandatory, with U.S. citizenship required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with three years of experience.
  • Proven ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Experience in electrical engineering design, including troubleshooting and testing.
  • Familiarity with electrical design tools such as Altium and Mentor Capital.
  • Proficient in using test equipment like oscilloscopes and network analyzers.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and utilize schematic capture tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Background in analog, digital, or RF design.
  • Experience in integrating and testing electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with software debugging tools.
  • Strong project management and technical writing skills.
