Department Overview:
The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to creating test solutions for all products. Our engineers engage in the entire development lifecycle, employing cutting-edge technology and tools to integrate advanced testing solutions. Typical responsibilities include designing interface assemblies and integrating test instruments to develop comprehensive testing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test products within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • Create engineering and production test systems, including interface adapters and technical drawings.
  • Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
  • Independently resolve issues related to test product development and implementation.
  • Eligibility for a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM fields and five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with three years of experience.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • Experience in electrical engineering design, including troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with design and analysis tools such as Altium and Mentor Capital.
  • Proficiency with test equipment like oscilloscopes and network analyzers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a STEM field.
  • Technical leadership experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience in analog, digital, and RF design.
  • Knowledge of project management and proposal processes.
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
