We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to enhance our Process Infrastructure and Design division in various locations. In this full-time role, you will engage with a wide array of international clients and projects, encompassing Environmental Infrastructure facilities, renewable energy initiatives, water treatment solutions, industrial projects, and beyond.

Preferred Locations: While the primary location is Phoenix, AZ, we are flexible with options in Lakewood CO, Helena MT, or Salt Lake City, UT.

Your Contributions

As the Engineer-of-Record for projects of diverse complexity, you will:
- Direct electrical engineering and design teams to oversee project scope, timelines, and financials.
- Formulate electrical designs for low and medium voltage systems.
- Generate technical documentation based on analytical findings.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct quality assurance for project deliverables.
- Assist in establishing new standards for the electrical team.
- Manage and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with medium and low voltage electrical distribution systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Background check is mandatory.

Compensation Overview

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $105,000 - $150,000
