Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Labcorp Dose Formulation department in Madison, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of laboratory technicians in the preparation of test material formulations, data collection, and study management.
  • Coordinate with other groups and departments to schedule study work and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures to improve work quality, efficiency, productivity, and expense control.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, address performance management issues, and assist with setting employee objectives.
  • Assign workload, provide training, and ensure staff are proficient in laboratory operations.
  • Promote continual improvement of policies and processes, and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure animal welfare and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field).
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to support teamwork and collaboration.
