Client Support Specialist Job Description

**About the Role**

As a Client Support Specialist at Gallup Group, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be the reassuring voice of our company, helping clients navigate through our platforms and troubleshoot problems. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with your knack for technology, will enable you to answer questions about our products and transform stressful situations into positive interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide world-class service to clients via phone, email, and chat support
* Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with your team to provide backup and guidance as needed
* Anticipate opportunities to better serve clients through various product and service offerings

**Requirements**

* Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Previous customer support and chat experience preferred
* Eligibility to work in the United States is required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
