Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our two locations as a Seafood Restaurant General Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing effective procedures to optimize our business and ensure our goals are met.


Responsibilities
  • Lead our team to success by implementing effective procedures and optimizing our business
  • Develop and maintain a fun atmosphere that brings our guests back again and again
  • Expertly handle disgruntled customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Take pride in successfully running our seafood establishment and maintaining a high level of quality

Requirements
  • 3+ years of food service management experience
