We are currently seeking a Registrar who will play a vital role in maintaining precise and confidential academic records for our student body. This position requires collaboration with campus leadership, faculty, and staff to support the institution's policies and procedures while adhering to all relevant guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of student records, including academic performance and attendance.
- Timely posting of final grades and issuance of transcripts and verification letters as needed.
- Manage student enrollment and registration processes, including the creation of academic plans and schedules.
- Assess transfer credits and verify that students meet graduation criteria.
- Develop the Master Schedule of classes each term and engage in institutional events.
- Work collaboratively with other administrative departments to provide comprehensive support for students.
- Offer confidential guidance and support to students, ensuring fairness and respect while complying with regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in business administration.
- Strong motivation and dedication to the needs of adult learners.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with diverse groups and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications and database management.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to helping others succeed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold integrity in all interactions.
Work Environment:
The physical demands of this role include the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift objects up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks requiring dexterity and communication skills.
