About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive employee experience through benefits strategy and objectives by managing global benefits implementations and program rollouts. The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the implementation and enhancement of current benefits systems and processes, monitoring impact, and socializing throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global benefits projects from discovery and design through to completion, developing project plans and driving to completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery and communicate recommendations to key decision-makers.
  • Design and improve upon global benefits processes to ensure efficiency and scalability, including interaction with other People Team processes.
  • Develop and monitor processes aimed at documenting compliance deliverables.
  • Partner with international stakeholders across the team and business to launch projects quickly and effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of benefits operations/human resources or related experience, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Experience working in HR processes and systems, with Workday preferred.
  • Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work across different levels and functions to build relationships with key stakeholders and champions.
  • Critical thinking, being detail-oriented, conscientious, and personable with strong customer support skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, with superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
