Business Development and Customer Engagement Professional

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform business strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- A college degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear and proper communication and grammar.
