Key Responsibilities:
The Retail Sales Lead plays a vital role in upholding brand standards and enhancing the teammate experience. Under the direction of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead serves as the in-store authority for their designated department.
- Contributes to the recruitment and development of a strong team by participating in in-store interviews and department orientations.
- Fosters a people-first culture by engaging with every team member to cultivate mutual trust and respect, thereby enhancing store recognition.
- Plans and organizes store operations 30 days in advance, collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure effective workforce allocation for daily tasks, strategic initiatives, and store events.
- Utilizes team members strategically to guarantee adherence to brand standards and the successful execution of programs and processes.
- Maintains company merchandising and presentation standards by following established guidelines for floor layouts, signage, pricing updates, inventory displays, and restocking protocols.
- Assists the store leadership team with overall supervision in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports the training of team members on company protocols and programs, including onboarding new hires and cross-training existing staff.
- Prioritizes personal and team development through hands-on coaching, explaining the rationale behind tasks and processes.
- Leads by example to align team responsibilities with organizational objectives.
- Creates an inclusive store atmosphere where all individuals feel welcome, safe, and respected.
- Adheres to established safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures, ensuring confidentiality of company information.
- Embraces a collaborative approach to support the team throughout the store.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
• Targeted Pay Range: $18 - $26. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and position. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. A comprehensive benefits package is also available.
