Support Technician

Dave & Buster's is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building's games, simulators, and technical equipment. You will also assist our Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun.
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
- Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
- Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment in a timely manner.
- Load and refill tickets in redemption games, paying special attention to securing all ticket storage areas.
- Assist the Guest with all requests and answer questions as needed and make farewell to Guests leaving, ensuring everything was satisfactory and inviting Guests to return.
- Notify Manager of any Guest perceived to be unhappy.
- Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
- Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard, discussing problem areas with Manager.
- Review the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games, ensuring all games are clean and unobstructed.
- Properly position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
- Assist in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
- Efficiently and safely perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
- Assist with general store maintenance as directed by management.
- Assist other Team Members as needed.
- Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
- Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation is from $20.69 per hour.
