Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring of food and beverage staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Service Delivery: Support employees in the restaurant and room service to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service.
  • Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests to seek feedback about their stay and dining experience, and apply problem-solving skills to resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Monitor food and beverage deliveries for portion control, quality, and presentation, and ensure that food handling and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Inventory and Ordering: Oversee inventory, ordering, and receiving of all food and beverage items, and monitor key control and cash control procedures to ensure standards are met.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous food handling, server, or lead server experience is required.
  • Permits and Certifications: Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit and Alcohol Servers Permit.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and move around for an entire shift, and lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
