Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Create and maintain a safe working environment by planning, implementing, and overseeing workplace safety protocols.

  • Conduct Investigations: Investigate safety incidents and gather information to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that employees consistently follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, and state regulations.
  • Review and Recommend Changes: Regularly review and recommend changes to safety protocols and procedures to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in occupational safety and health or 5+ years of experience in a safety-related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy with Microsoft applications, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and Training: Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to effectively communicate safety protocols and procedures to employees.
Salary and Benefits

$60K-80K/year, with a sign-on bonus of $1200 and opportunities for professional growth and development.
