The Human Resource Generalist and Operations Expert at DIMAR MANUFACTURING is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, recruitment/employment, and affirmative action programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll: Compile, enter and monitor payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, and benefit deductions.
- Benefits Administration: Monitor employee eligibility for benefits plans, coordinate with the Broker to review benefits with employees, and process enrollment, cancellation, or changes.
- Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, manage progressive counseling, performance management issues, and terminations, and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Recruitment/Personnel: Extend verbal and written contingent job offers, conduct orientation of new employees, and complete unemployment claims.
Compensation details: $65,000-$80,000 Yearly Salary
