Job Title: Material Coordinator

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Material Coordinator to join our team. As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of picking and staging construction materials daily, as well as completing system shipping to account for job numbers and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and Staging: Accurately pick and stage construction materials daily, ensuring timely delivery to construction sites.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including counting, weighing, and verifying materials as required.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Complete system shipping to account for job numbers and inventory accuracy, and assist with loading and unloading shipments and inbound receipts.
  • Documentation: Schedule freight pick-ups and complete all required documentation for bills of lading or manifests as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and valid driver's license.
