Insurance Portfolio Manager

Estimated Salary Range
The annual base salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Manage a designated portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support in a timely manner.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of insurance policies with clients to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and handled securely.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues effectively, liaising with insurance carriers as necessary.
- Oversee the annual renewal process for all commercial accounts, striving for clarity and accuracy in all transactions.
- An associate or bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in commercial lines insurance.
- Must hold a valid Insurance Producer License in the state of Massachusetts.
