Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Medix. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including the glasswasher and autoclave, to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Prepare and dispense materials, including media and buffer solutions, to support manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in drug substance manufacturing, including aseptic filling of glass vials and pre-fillable syringes.
  • Conduct visual inspections of glass vials and prefilled syringes to ensure quality standards.
  • Train and adhere to aseptic practices in the ISO 6 area to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in media fill operations and handle secondary packaging, material issuance, and visual inspection.
  • Conduct in-process testing, such as pH and conductivity, to ensure product quality.
  • Verify all raw materials and commodities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Complete Batch Records and other cGMP documentation accurately and on time.
  • Remove and dispose of soiled materials from the manufacturing area and maintain the required clean room conditions.
  • Report any nonconformances or events that occur during the shift to the Supervisor.
  • Comply with all safety, cGMP, and company policies, practices, and procedures.
