The Rosenthal Department of Management at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior to join our faculty in the fall of 2025.
About the DepartmentThe Rosenthal Department of Management is a comprehensive department with a strong research focus. Our faculty members are engaged in a wide range of research topics and methodologies, and we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

The Dell Medical School at UT-Austin also presents opportunities for research settings and collaborations, and the McCombs School's strong relations with the public sector have been an ongoing source of numerous research opportunities for our faculty over the years.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate an ability for high-quality research that will have a major impact on the field of management. Candidates must also be able to teach successfully at the undergraduate, MBA, and/or executive level. A Ph.D. (or very near completion) from an accredited institution is required. Applicants must have fully completed a Ph.D. at the time of the appointment.
