Job Title: Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst II

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst II to join our team at Ronin Group. As a key member of our healthcare IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex issues related to revenue cycle systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues with Soarian application and HL7 interface
  • Develop solutions to meet organizational needs, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Design and implement system workflows, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and enhancement requests
  • Train new staff members on applicable systems and applications
  • Fulfill on-call duties and perform other assigned tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IS healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with systems like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, and PatientKeeper
  • Strong technical knowledge, including application build, design, and industry best practices
  • Project management skills, with ability to work independently and complete tasks on time and on budget
  • Reporting and analytics skills, with ability to generate standard and custom reports
