Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Operations: Follow detailed instructions and procedures to execute various operations of pharmaceutical manufacturing, including dispensing, inspection, labeling, packaging, and cleaning/disinfection of the controlled production area.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the manufacturing process, and maintain a functional understanding of cGMP's and the impact of deviation from controlled processes and/or procedures.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately complete production documentation in performance of manufacturing operations, and maintain training records within expected timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, ability to cooperate with others in a high-performance setting, and a willingness to share best practices with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for periods lasting up to 6 hours of an 8-hour shift, and properly gown for entry into the controlled manufacturing area.
