About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Paradise Plumbing, Air & Electric. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our residential clients, and providing support to our technicians and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, providing accurate and detailed information regarding service offerings, pricing, and appointment details.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians based on availability, customer preferences, and urgency of service requests.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers with troubleshooting minor issues over the phone, and collaborate closely with service technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized customer records, documenting interactions, service requests, and any special instructions.
  • Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction, address any further concerns, and obtain feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
