Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Periodontal Specialist to join our team in Prince George County. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with periodontal diseases and conditions.
- Clinical Excellence: Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in periodontics, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with general dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and referrals.
- Community Involvement: Participate in community outreach initiatives and contribute to the development of educational programs promoting oral health awareness.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Certification in periodontology (e.g., Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology).
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in Maryland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
