We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at First Quality Tissue SE, LLC in Anderson, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-range and short-range maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and operations teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance work orders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files to track maintenance activities and analyze results.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Develop and maintain a planner reference file or library for all equipment in assigned areas.
  • Provide on-call coverage for the maintenance team as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years mechanical and/or electrical maintenance planning experience in an industrial environment, preferably in paper production.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS, precision maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic mechanics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project required.
  • Lean manufacturing and SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
