First Quality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at our Anderson, SC facility. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in improving workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, and materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance planning, with experience in CMMS, precision maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic mechanics. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills in aiding the efficiency of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a safety culture that emphasizes safety as a core value.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance routes and predictive maintenance.
  • Assist in analyzing costs and recommending corrective action to reduce maintenance costs.
  • Perform other tasks and assignments as requested by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years mechanical and/or electrical maintenance planning experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project Experience required.
  • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment preferred.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
