Job Description

Dynamic Ratings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Field Service Team in coordinating field work performed by our Commissioning Engineers. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize engineering problem-solving and design skills while guiding a team of talented Commissioning Engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage project scope and scheduling, as well as resource planning.
  • Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, reporting project status to other departments and following up on open items.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Application Design: Offer design advice to customers and share customer requests with other departments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in electrical utility field service or related control system engineering work is preferred.
  • Project management and supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with utility engineering and construction practices.
  • Electrical control design, installation, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites.
