Position Summary

We are currently seeking an Operations Clerk to join our team. Experience in the signage, screen printing, or digital printing industries is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Scanning incoming products and organizing them according to designated bin locations.
  2. Picking and packaging products based on customer specifications as indicated in the RF scanner.
  3. Verifying the accuracy of picked products and quantities by reviewing the paper order and checking each line item.
  4. Inspecting products to ensure they are in suitable condition for customer delivery and replacing any damaged items.
  5. Packaging orders efficiently to minimize box count.
  6. Confirming customer specifications during the shipping process.
  7. Operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, maintaining certification.
  8. Utilizing RF Scanner technology for product movement within the warehouse.
  9. Being available to assist in counter sales as needed.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations relevant to the position.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • The capability to lift 50 to 70 pounds independently and to work in a fast-paced environment that requires prolonged walking and standing.
  • The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Experience with RF barcoding/scanning in a warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Forklift operation experience with certification is preferred.
