Role Overview
As a member of the WildFire Team within the Content Delivered Security Service (CDSS) organization, you will be at the forefront of our products, delivering top-tier security services in the cloud to thwart cyber threats.

Our engineering and security research team is dedicated to innovation, constantly redefining how we and the industry approach cybersecurity. You will collaborate with researchers and engineers on various projects aimed at detecting and defending against emerging threats.

Your Contributions
- Collaborate with developers, researchers, data scientists, and security professionals.
- Design, construct, and maintain reliable, secure cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure applications are production-ready, scalable, and dependable.
- Develop tools and automation frameworks.
- Automate the deployment of robust services.
- Orchestrate comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations with SRE and development teams.
- Lead root cause analysis for critical business and production challenges.
- Engage in design reviews.

Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience in hypervisor development or low-level operating system development.
- Strong understanding of operating system internals, with Linux expertise required and Windows knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in concurrent programming.
- Development experience in C, C++, and Python.
- Familiarity with device drivers and PCI devices.
- Demonstrated design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Compensation
The compensation for this position will be based on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates receiving an offer at the posted level, the expected starting base salary ranges from $170,000 to $225,000 per year, which may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
