About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RSE Renal Treatment Centers - Southeast, LP. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct routine checks, such as measuring and recording vital signs, and performing patient observations
  • Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • High school diploma or equivalent
