Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician PRN to join our team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics to prevent injury
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens for diagnostic testing
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • CNA certification preferred, but not required
