Patient Care Technician PRN

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician PRN to join our team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
- CNA certification a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
